On episode 5, I chat with Will Blunderfield. Will is a yogi, podcast host seeker, and a dedicated champion of the men’s rewilding movement. Will has spent the last 11 years teaching yoga throughout Canada, the US and Asia.  Recently, Will completed a year long Kundalini yoga teacher training program in Vancouver and India and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Facilitator training which is a program from University of Massachusetts Medical School.  Will also has a degree in Musical Theatre from the American Musical & Dramatic Academy of New York (AMDA) as well as a degree in psychology from UBC with a minor in Food, Nutrition & Health. He was grateful to study in 2020 with Sexual Kung Fu Taoist Grandmaster himself, Mantak Chia. He performs original Kirtan/Sacred Song in his classes, retreats and workshops and his music is released through Nettwerk Records and Sony.
