How to Have a Frenulum Orgasm

The vast majority of us, regardless of what genitalia we have, are capable of experiencing multiple orgasms. This not only means having a multiple number of orgasms during a single sexual encounter but also multiple different kinds of orgasms. If you have a penis, one of these different kinds of orgasms is a frenulum orgasm.

The frenulum is the v-shaped area of skin under the head of the penis where the head of the penis meets the shaft. Colloquially, it is known as the "banjo string" or the "male clitoris." It is typically quite sensitive, along with the rest of the head of the penis. Stimulating the frenulum can feel very pleasurable but can also feel a little awkward.

The awkwardness comes from the fact that localised stimulation of the frenulum doesn’t really involve up-and-down, friction-based stroking of the penis, which is often what we’re used to and what we’ve conditioned ourselves to experience pleasure from. So, learning how to experience heightened states of pleasure and even orgasm from frenulum stimulation alone can take some commitment.

However, with just one finger, you can experience an orgasm solely from frenulum stimulation. If you or your partner have a penis, you might like to try the following.

Using a lubed/oiled up index finger, lightly rub your finger back-and-forth over the the frenulum. Being vigorous can actually be a hindrance here as the nerve endings in the frenulum respond to light touch. The softer you touch the more sensation there is. You can try varying your speed, going faster and slower, or circling your finger, maybe even tapping. Experiment with different types of stimulation, but keep your focus on the frenulum.

For some, this will send them over the edge into orgasm. For others, it might be just under the threshold and will tease them, perhaps for quite a while. In any case, have some fun with frenulum stimulation and see what you or your partner experience, you may even have a frenulum orgasm.
